We purchased our first three Highland Heifers in 2015. We now have a herd of approximately 60 including cows, calves and a bull.
Our native cattle are traditionally reared around the Lawley grazing the diverse rich habitat in the heart of the Shropshire Hills. Left to develop slowly to ensure a superior eating quality and flavour.
Our beef is sold on a pre-order basis via a regular box scheme. Beef is hung for 21 -24 days, expertly butchered, vacuum packed and labelled. By ordering one of our beef boxes you are in turn supporting local farmers, reducing food miles and having the satisfaction of knowing exactly where your food comes from. Our Native Breed Highland & Shorthorn cattle are traditionally reared on and around the Lawley Hill, grazing the diverse habitat and left to develop slowly ensuring excellent eating quality and flavour.
Our pre-order mixed Beef Boxes are on offer throughout the year on a regular first come first served basis direct from our farm also visit our New Pop Up Shop (on selected weekends). Special requests can be catered for.
Beef is hung for approx 23 days, expertly butchered, vacuum packed and labelled.
Buying direct from our farm you are in turn: supporting your local family run business; reducing food miles; full traceability of where your food comes from; cattle grazing on and around the Lawley help sustain the landscape and create biodiversity.
